Listings on this website are posted by and are for information only. Prices, availability and details can change without notice, and a property marked as sold or rented is no longer available. A property is only reserved once a payment or deposit has been agreed and confirmed in writing by our team. We encourage every buyer or tenant to inspect a property in person and to verify its documents before paying.
Privacy Policy
We only collect the information you choose to share with us, such as your name and phone number when you call or message us. We use it to respond to your enquiry and to complete the sale, rental or inspection you ask about. We do not sell your information. Messages sent through WhatsApp are also subject to WhatsApp's own privacy terms.
Fees & Payments
Agency, legal, survey and other fees, where they apply, are explained before any payment is made and confirmed in writing. Please make payments only as agreed with our team, ask for a receipt or written acknowledgement for every payment, and never pay a deposit before you have inspected the property.
Buyer Safety
- Inspect the property in person, or send a trusted representative, before paying anything.
- For land, ask to see the survey plan and title documents (such as a Certificate of Occupancy or Deed of Assignment) and have them verified by your own lawyer.
- Confirm who the seller or landlord is, and that they are authorised to sell or let the property.
- Do not pay into personal accounts you were not told about by our office. If in doubt, call us first.
